HOW TO MOVER COMPANY FOR PACKAGING

If even the Australian dictionary defines moving as a transfer to a new home or place, with the complex operations of transport and arrangement, there must be a reason  Yes, because behind the joy of changing houses and starting a new experience, there is always the nightmare of packing and transporting everything we have accumulated throughout our lives, to which we are now attached with movers and packers

First Phase

First of all, it is essential not to panic and rush to do everything quickly; there are operations that, if done hastily, will be a disaster.
The first piece of advice I feel like giving, as someone who has already moved 7 times, is to start sorting out months in advance what things to keep and what to throw away, especially if you are going to live in a house with different spaces than you have today.
Once this first selection is complete, you can start packing and boxing up all those objects that are not used daily, the so-called “dust catchers”, such as ornaments or sets of plates, cutlery, and glasses that are only used for special occasions.

The Move

Now the fun begins, the move is imminent and we have to pack everything: furniture, mattresses, sofas, chairs, plates, glasses, cutlery, mirrors, paintings, valuables, clothes, electronics, household appliances, bathroom products, and so on… but how many things are there in a house?!
The first things to equip yourself with, in addition to a lot of patience, are:

Lots of boxes and lots of tape we will almost certainly make extensive use of it.
For all the objects that will go in the boxes, the precautions to take into account are simple; never leave empty spaces between the packed objects, and if necessary fill them with air cushions, in the case of fragile objects write it on the outside of the box and draw an arrow to indicate the direction in which it should be placed.
Never forget to write on the box what is inside, otherwise finding what you need in the new home will be hell!
Let’s see now how to best pack the main objects and furniture:

PLATES, GLASSES, AND OBJECTS IN GLASS OR PORCELAIN:

The safest packaging material is undoubtedly

BUBBLE WRAP;

After having wrapped them well, just secure them with adhesive tape and insert them into a box, always trying not to make boxes that are too heavy and with empty spaces.

WARDROBES:

After having dismantled the doors and any drawers, protect the edges with FOAM CORNER PANELS  and pack each piece using the FOAM POLYETHYLENE ROLL.

MATTRESSES:

They do not require any particular attention, just wrap them in STRETCH FILM to protect them from tears and stains.

STEEL CUTLERY AND PANS:

Not being as fragile as glass, it is sufficient to insert them in PE BAGS  or wrap them with the roll.

BOOKS AND PAINTINGS:

To protect them from possible scratches, wrap them in STRETCH FILM  and place them in BOXES.

MIRRORS:

If they have sharp edges, without a frame, it is better to protect them with PE PROFILES  and wrap them in BUBBLE WRAP.

CHAIRS AND ARMCHAIRS:

Depending on the material, the most suitable packaging is PE and STRETCH FILM.

APPLIANCES:

Use PE CORNERS for the 4 corners and STRETCH FILM   if transported on a pallet; for greater protection, PE SHEETS can also be used in movers adelaide

DRAWERS AND SIDEBOARDS:

In case of sharp corners always use CORNERS  and wrap everything with EXTENSIBLE, so that the drawers will not come out.

ELECTRONIC DEVICES:

To avoid any electrostatic charges that could damage them, we recommend using PINK ANTISTATIC BUBBLE WRAP, available in ROLLS or BAGS.
